Write much more specifically: How does this affect you, personally (start at “As an individual aspiring to…”). Also, to improve, write much more specifically (“important…” how?; “motivate me…” in what way?; “to create…” for what purpose?); and put the references into proper APA format (e.g., italics, capitals).
My background. I work front desk in a cardiology office and I aspire to be a manager and running my own medical office with my Masters degree in Healthcare Adninistration. Relate it to that.
