For this assignment, you will apply that knowledge and complete the following using the global firm that was approved based on your M2.4 Project Proposal (attached):

- Highlight why managers at “XYZ Corporation” focus on voice of the customer. Within your explanation, ensure that you are describing value from the viewpoint of the customer and examining what might have value within the logistics network from the perspective of the customer.
- Demonstrate how a business manager in your chosen industry might utilize metrics to measure performance of logistics functions when applying lean principles. Within your analysis, you will need to explain how the metrics that you choose will measure performance of a logistics function (such as transportation) to help managers evaluate effectiveness of their lean initiatives. How will measuring performance in those logistics functions ensure better customer service?
