I need a meta analysis addressing the research question: What is the effect of voter suppression legislation in the state of Georgia since 2010, on the voter turnout gap between white and non-white voters in the State of Georgia? I will need a draft of at least the introduction and literature review by midnight Wednesday of this week, and a finished analysis including statistical calculations by Sunday.

The KEY is that this is a meta-analysis which will require all of the attendant statistical calculations associated with a meta-analysis. The research question is clear and limited only to the State of Georgia. Much of the literature surrounding this question is from Law Review Articles which do not include statistical calculations. However there is literature from political science journals that does cover the question. If someone does not know either what a meta-analysis is, or how to conduct one, they can’t help. The paper needs an introduction, literature review, methods section, discussion and conclusion.
