Title: Consider and Discuss Learning Strategies Teachers Can Utilize with the Implementation of Social Emotional Learning into their Curriculum Without Fostering Teacher Burnout

My capstone project is a continuation of a past student project. Their project focused on the creation of a school-wide prevention program for students at risk for a decline in their academic success enrolled as students through exclusionary discipline.  Which leads me to the interest of focusing on teachers implementation of social emotional learning (SEL) in their curriculum without increasing teacher burnout but increasing student and teacher relationships that will result in an increase in student achievement and motivation.  I have attached my 

course manual that covers Chapter 1 requirements and the rubric on what is expected for each section (a-h). The pages in the manual are 12-13 and 31-33. I have completed b and c. However, I need a and d-h completed.  Here are b and c below; include them in the paper according to the format. 
b. Statement of the Problem 

The well-being and socioemotional functioning of teachers impact their ability to effectively lead educational instruction and manage classroom behaviors, which in turn affect the experiences and outcomes of their students. There is not yet any research exploring how teachers can implement Social Emotional Learning (SEL) into the curriculum without causing teacher fatigue while enhancing the student-teacher relationship and the academic achievement and motivation of students.

c. Purpose Statement 

The purpose of this project is to develop a professional development program for teachers that promotes positive student-teacher relationships, teacher readiness, and positive student outcomes.
