The influence of human resources management practices on job satisfaction at the greek health units` employees before and after covid-19 pandemic

 I AM A POSTGRADUATE STUDENT IN HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AT AN ENGLISH UNIVERSITY AND I AM CURRENTLY COMPLETING MY THESIS. AS I HAVE QUESTIONNAIRES TA WHICH WERE CREATED IN GOOGLE FORMS, WHICH HAVE BEEN SENT ELECTRONICALLY AND I HAVE RECEIVED THE ANSWERS I AM INTERESTED IN THEIR STATISTICAL ANALYSIS WITH SPSS AND THEN THE COMMENTARY IN ENGLISH.

THESIS TOPIC—> THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PRACTICES ON JOB SATISFACTION AT THE GREEK HEALTH UNITS` EMPLOYEES BEFORE AND AFTER COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

THE RESEARCH QUESTIONS ARE-

–> The aim of this study is to determine the influence of HRM practices on job satisfaction at the Greek Health Units’ employees before and after covid-19 pandemic. To meet this aim, the objectives of this study are;
1.            To find if there is job satisfaction in the Greek health Units’ employees

2.            To determine the factors of HRM practices influencing the job satisfaction at the Greek Health Units’ employees before covid-19 pandemic

3.            To identify the factors of HRM practices influencing the job satisfaction at the Greek Health Units’ employees after covid-19 pandemic
