Sustainable development topic: Food Insecurity (Food Desert, Hunger)
Issue Overview
-Written Paper – A concise paper defining the issue, describing the issue, and discussing the issue to give a clear understanding of the issue. Discussion of the key factors that have and are currently contributing to this issue. You will need to identify at least one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals that is associated with your issue. Provide at least 1 graph or chart to assist in your discussion of the topic. This 1st paper must include at least 3 references.
-The text for these technical papers should be clear, concise, focused, and well-organized. The text should be objective and not subjective. Avoid using a “conversational” style of writing. Each one of the three papers is to include a single properly formatted COVER page, the specified number of pages of text (@325 words per page), a single properly formatted REFERENCES section, and a properly formatted APPENDIX section.
Specific Written Requirements:
·To aid in organizing the text, headings (Issue Overview, Current Solutions, Preferred Solution) should be used as appropriate.
·Format: typed, in 12-point Times New Roman font, 2.0 line spaced, and grammatically correct. All margins should be set to 1 inch. All pages should be numbered center-bottom. The report should have a cover sheet (not included in the page total) with the title of the report and the names of all group members who contributed to the paper.
·Limit indentation of the first line of each paragraph by five (5) spaces.
·You are to use the APA In-Text referencing style throughout all 3 papers.APA In-text references are required.
·Graphs and Charts: At least one (1) graph or chart is required for each section for a total of at least three (3) graphs or charts for the 3rd(Final) complete paper. Graphs and charts are NOT to be listed within the text. All graphs and charts are to be listed in an APPENDIX section. The APPENDIX section is placed after the REFERENCES section. All provided graphs and charts must be properly referenced.
Complete reference information (including a URL if appropriate) is to be listed immediately below each graph and chart. Each graph and chart should be labeled Figure 1, Figure 2, and Figure 3 as appropriate. Each graph and chart should be properly referred to in the text as appropriate. For Example: “(See Figure 1)”.
All URLs used are to be listed in hypertext throughout all 3 papers.
