First Body Paragraph: Must state a trait or principle that is lacking amongst NCOs and explain the effects (positive or negative)
Second Body Paragraph: One strategy to implement change to meet the obligation of the leadership trait or principle
Third Body Paragraph: A second strategy to implement change to meet the obligation of the leadership trait of principle
Conclusion paragraph: Wraps up (summarize) written text and restates the thesis statement. It should also include a “mic drop” statement with a sense of urgency.
