The paper should give a debate on the limits
of potential regulations of the real-world Machine Learning deployments in the context
of arms control debate related to autonomous weapon systems (also known as
‘killer robots)
The paper should give the framework for the
emergence of ML and AI in the context of advanced autonomous systems while
focusing on weaponry systems.
Introduction: should give opening to the topic and clearly state the focus of the paper, could start with killer robot related quote such as: “Human reactions to robots varies by culture and changes over time. In the United States we are terrified by killer robots. In Japan people want to snuggle with killer robots.” by Daniel H. Wilson
Framework:

This part should not only mention (likely the historical) framework, different outlooks on these outonomous systems. It should also mention all
the key players that develop and use these systems and name the most major weapons
such as harpy, the Taranis, SGR-1 or KARGU, it should also name regulations for these autonmous systems that are at work. Lastly it can also mention also the movements related to the topic (like the one that want to ban it etc)
· In the analysis: focus and name both positive
and negative aspects and changes thathappened due to usage of ML / AI in advanced
autonomous systems, could also asses the regulations and if the work or not

The conclusion: should summarize all the findings of the paper while give a clear conclusion – based on the analysis – do we have clear answer on what danger could these autonomous weapons represent for our sociaty? Are the regulation in place sufficient if not how to possible change that? Is it even possible to regulate thse weapons? etc
