- Discuss how the findings affect your unit’s current metrics, goals, and benchmarks; ensure that the clinical and fiscal impacts are shared!
- The content/format of the paper should incorporate the following:

As a NL Systems’ Analyst/Risk Anticipator and Outcomes manager analyze the results from your assessments, determine where the high priority unit’s risks are, and explain your findings based on the 5 Ps: Purpose, People, Patient, Processes, and Patterns (1/2 page)
- Page 2 – Prioritizing the issues based on mission, vision, values of organization/unit describe the priority issues (1/2 page)
- Page 3 – Organizational impact both clinically and financially (1/2 page)
- Page 3 – Connecting to quality which quality of care metric on your unit will be affected (i.e. infection rates, staff retention, patient satisfaction, fall rates, ) (1/2 page)
- Page 4 – References – In APA, please!
