Log into bbhosted.cuny.edu (CUNY Blackboard) with my info and select the class on the left side that says “Population Geography”. Once selected, scroll down and on the left you will click folders 9, 11, 12, and 14. I am requesting
that you complete the lab for each folder. You will notice under each folder there will be two things to click on (Lecture and Lab). DO NOT attempt the lecture quizzes, however, watching the lecture videos will be crucial for you
know what to use as evidence when writing the lab. They will typically be under 20 minutes each. Once you finish
the lecture videos click on “Lab”. You will then watch the video of her explaining step-by-step how to do the lab.
Yo will also need Excel accessible to make computations while following along with the video. Once the computations are made you will do the lab write up. Most labs (11, 12, and 14 in this case) should typically be 4-5 small
paragraphs and 3 pages at most including a bibliography page. Lab 9 is the only one out of the 4 labs that should be a little longer, simply because of how much data there is. Once each lab write up is completed in Microsoft
Word I will have you email it to me.
