Learning Goal: I’m working on a kinesiology writing question and need support to help me learn.
Grade the attached writing sample using the supplied rubric. Your writing assignments in this class will also be graded using this rubric (or a similar one), so this is an opportunity to review good writing practices while familiarizing yourself with our rubric.
- Read and grade the writing sample (assume it was assigned as an 700-800 word Response/Reaction essay) by referring to the rubric, one section at a time.
- Assign a score for each rubric section (0 to 100)
- The rubric breaks down the full credit, half credit, and zero credit levels; however, scores can fall anywhere between these levels.
- Leave at least two comments for each rubric section.
- Each of your comments should refer to the line number. For example: “The sentence on line 45 has spelling mistakes,” “The sentence on line 110 is hard to understand,” “Paragraph 2 needs a concluding sentence,” “Paragraph 1 is very well written.” (etc)
- There are no right or wrong answers here by the way.
