Each member of the presentation group will be required to critically reflect on her/his experience and complete a written critical reflective essay that analyzes the team’s dynamics relative to what we have learned throughout the term and what you personally learned about conflict and yourself as a team member.

The depth and quality of your reflection. i.e. the ability to examine your personal bias and assumptions, key learning and personal challenges working in an interdisciplinary team.
Ability to structure your paper and make clear and substantiated connections between course material, specific examples and personal insights to support critical analysis.
Ability to convey clear understanding of course content through appropriate use of researched material to support critical analysis.
At least 4 relevant references including 2 peer-reviewed academic resources outside of the provided readings. (Tip: you may consider researching material from your distinct discipline, i.e. social work and conflict).
Follows APA formatting and is integrative, coherent and well-organized scholarly writing.
