The research question is: What are the critical considerations for aviation project managers in integrating artificial intelligence technologies into air traffic management systems during the flight scheduling phase to ensure efficient and safe project outcomes?
Guidelines
1. Treat the AI ATC/ATM Flight Scheduling aspect as a project vice operations. For instance, the paper can even state a hypothetical project to use this technology in a new way, and within this project, the PM should address _____phases and what a project manager would be doing___ in the planning and execution.
2. Put a knowledge area in your question. Risk, stakeholders, scope, etc. At least one, possibly two if you think it flows and works to the benefit of the paper.
3. Keep it more about project management (your selected knowledge areas(s) and planning/executing phases, ITTOs, ideas, etc., than it is about AI/ATM/Flight Scheduling. Meaning, the bulk of your research should be about PM concepts applicable to the problem.
4. Make this paper more focused on Project Management versus operations.
