-Explain the
DHS agency involved, history and background.
-Could
another agency have done the same job, or better?
-Outcome of
the event? Findings
-What HSPD
applies to this case? Why. Explain.
-Initiatives,
laws, policies, practices, created from the event or that NEED to be created
for future mitigation.
-Any
historical facts about events before 2001, where you feel the DHS could have addressed
the event/crime prior to it taken place.

1.
Paper must be 4-5 pages NOT
including Cover and references which both are also required.
2.
Paper should focus on FACTs,
yet a section of the paper can address the writer’s opinion/findings.
3.
At least 3 references outside
of the textbook, however the TEXTBOOK should be cited/referenced.
4.
Political opinions should be
avoided, try to argue for a side while also understanding and explaining the
opposite sides reasoning/perspective/justification etc.
The
summary should be the “SO WHAT” of the research. A reader should know the content of the paper
just by reading the intro and the summary.
