Set up an interview with someone who experiences cultural diversity in his or her workplace, school, or neighborhood, etc. Interview someone about his or her experiences with others of diverse culture.
Design four questions to help frame your interview with this person — two from each chapter of our readings for this session. These questions should be posed to encourage clear and comprehensive responses and to delve into your interviewee’s experiences with others of varying cultural backgrounds. (Provide these four questions in your paper.)
Conduct your interview. Ask him or her to support their responses to the questions posed with examples, stories, etc.
Write a paper which summarizes your interviewee’s responses to each of your questions and includes examples shared during the interview.
Draw a conclusion from his or her responses about how cultural diversity is viewed today.
Your paper must be three (3) pages in length (double spaced, not including cover page) and formatted according to APA guidelines. While no sources or reference page are required for this paper, be sure to provide the details of your interview in your paper (interviewee, location, date, time).
