Part 1: Essay (2000 words)
Discuss the role of any Two of the following issues/concepts which can enable a student of UWTSD to be a successful graduate.
Presentation (Face-to-Face and Virtual)
Team Working
Essay Planning
Academic Writing
Use of computers and e-learning to support learning (e.g., the VLE, Internet search techniques).
Your report should comprise of the following structure:
Introduction
Discussion of Concepts
o Explain the meaning of the concept
o Discussion key theories and frameworks if any
o Discuss importance of the concept
o Discuss how the concept can affect performance of a university student, giving as many examples as possible.
Conclusion
Part 2: Reflection (750 words)
Use any of the reflective models (Gibbs, Kolbs, ERA Cycle, etc) to discuss your learning experience in the academic writing module. Give examples at each stage of your learning experience.
You are required to cite a minimum of five (5) credible literature sources in accordance with UWTSD’s Harvard Referencing Style (refer the UWTSD Harvard Referencing Style on Moodle). Please make use of proper academic writing language and paraphrasing.
You are required to use a proper report format. This is an important skill (following instructions) and marks will be lost for failing to do so. A template will be provided.
