1. Intro paragraph – explain your food dish and why you chose it

2. Second paragraph – talk about your interviewee (personal and biographical details)

3. Third paragraph – discuss what you learned about the food dish from your interviewee

4. Fourth paragraph – talk about what you learned about the life and culture of your interviewee

5. Fifth paragraph – add some further historical details, using sources, to build out the story

6. Sixth paragraph – add some further historical details, using sources, to build out the story

7. Conclusion paragraph – sum it all up!
