For this assignment, you are going to construct as argument to convince others of your position on the minimum wage for the Dallas area.

The draft(s) will be submitted in eCampus.  You have six submissions.  The last upload of a Word.docx will be reviewed.  Write your essay in a Word.docx and upload to the submission portal.  After the draft has been reviewed and graded, complete the final essay and prepare for submission.  A draft is not a messy attempt that the Professor is expected to rewrite.  The draft should be a a carefully revised and edited essay.  Review the course emails and annoucements.  This essay does not have a peer review.

Your thesis statement must have three main reasons that support your position in a clear sentence format.  Highlight the thesis statement.  The thesis statement is the roadmap for your essay.  It shows the reader what will be argued in the essay.  (Each reason in your thesis statement should have one or two paragraphs about that reason, suppport by 1-3 details)
The essay is in YOUR own words.  Quotes, paraphrasing, and/or summary of the ebook text should be very brief.  Example: your words, quote, your commentary.  REVIEW your Achieve Sentence/Punctuation study plans.  REVIEW Grammar Practice
75% your words.  25% ebook quotes, paraphasing, summary.  NO OUTSIDE SOURCES INTERNET ETC., ARE ALLOWED.  Only use two of the ebook articles.  Achieve ebook, essays are listed:  Page 189 – Section 4.25
Final essay: Due Sunday, by 11:30PM, July 16th. (If you have submitted at least once by the due date, you may submit again if you notice areas to improve.)  Essay #2 will not be graded if submitted after Tuesday, July 18th
