For your summative assignment, you will complete a four-paragraph essay (3–4 pages maximum, double-spaced), reflecting on the topics we have covered in this unit: critical lens theory, Lear, and voice.
Part A: Analyzing King Lear

Introduction (10 marks): Discuss how you have used your deconstructive abilities to shape your interpretation of King Lear, and why you think deconstruction is important. The last sentence of your introduction should be your thesis statement.
