Definition of justice I chose is Thoreau. “Disobedience is the true foundation of liberty. The obedient must be slaves.” Keep in mind you relate his quote while writing and make your essay relates to his definition of justice. The current Social issue I chose is Israelis’ protest against judicial reforms before new parliament. I attached what I have written. Please use this to have a connection with your one. As you can see in the guide line, please input 8 reputation sources into your essay in MLA format.
Below is the guideline for this project.
For example, you can choose a trial/case (such as the producers of Serial and Making a Murderer did).
You can research a current social issue (e.g. recent protests).
You can research a specific law or aspect of the justice system.
You can look into a department, school, or institution policy.
Do NOT try to tackle a huge problem such as racism, sexism, or any other -ism in GENERAL. You can examine a case or law that DEMONSTRATES one or more of these, but the law, case, or issue itself needs to be the focus.

This project will include visual and interactive components within a longer research essay using Adobe Spark/Adobe Creative Cloud Express. I would like to see all students use Adobe Spark/Adobe Creative Cloud Express, which is free for students and allows interactive presenting paired with longer writing. This will be posted and shared with peers in The Justice Project.
You will submit a creatively crafted research essay that should include images, graphs, links, and any other appropriate visual material with your thorough research to raise awareness of this injustice and address what makes this an injustice within the definitions of King, Thoreau, Stanton, and/or Douglass (and Cicero). You will ask students questions to answer at the end of your presentation. You will then comment thoughtfully on at least four other projects shared.
