-Short restorative/yin practice for regular use for a specific physical or mental goal. (20-30 minutes)
-Longer restorative/yin practice for regular use for a specific physical or mental goal. (40-60 minutes)
-Stand-alone meditation for 10+ minutes
-Stand-alone pranayama for 5-10 minutes
For each outlined asana include:
-Length of time in the pose
-Mental focus in the pose
-Breath focus in the pose
-Props you use for the pose
For each meditation or pranayama include:
-Length of time in the meditation or pranayama
-Mental or breath focus
-Positioning and props you’ll use for the practice
This should equal, in total, 75-110+ minutes of practice for you to use either separately or as a longer, combined practice.
