I am going to ask you to make some changes but the good news is it will just be to cut back on some things.
Here are my suggestions:
1. In Step 2, you’ll want to select only
two performance indicators. One indicator from standard one and a second
indicator from standards 2-7. If your focus is on high school students, this
could be an example of the two indicators your might choose: 1.12.2 Describe
the interrelationships of emotional, intellectual, physical, and social health.
4.12.1Use skills for communicating effectively with family, peers, and others
to enhance mental health.
2. In step three, you’ll just want to
pick one disorder and one coinciding screener. For instance, depression and the
PHQ9.
3. In step four, match an assessment
with your performance indicator from step two. For example if you chose the
performance indicator: 4.12.1Use skills for communicating effectively with
family, peers, and others to enhance mental health. You may decide to have
students create a poster or a TikTok video that demonstrates effective
communication about how to implement healthy habits to manage depression.
4. Instep five, you’ll want to carry down the
same performance indicator and then share how you’ll teach the students to
complete the assessment.
5. In step six, you’ll want to use the skills-based
health unit flow to design your lessons. I’ve attached an example. I hope this
is helpful.
