(b) Summary: The summary (1) introduces the issue, (2) includes key terms, (3) provides background, (4) introduces original quantitative findings, and describes your qualitative research with a focus on (5) the statement of purpose, (6) methods, (7) population, and (8) an open-ended question of research. (up to 250 words)
(c) Background: The background introduction (1) introduces the issue of climate change, (2) specific types of disabilities, (3) provides background on the impact of climate change on people with disabilities, and (4) defines the scope and depth of the impact. (5) Keywords used in the proposal are defined. The background reviews (1) a report on climate change, (2) a report on people with disabilities, (3 & 4) two 9-point reviews of primary research articles on the impact of climate change on people with disabilities, and (5) explains how these reports and the existing research contributes to the existing knowledge. (up to 1000 words)
(d) Original Data: The discussion of original data includes (1) a statement of research question 1, (2) a review of methods used to generate the original data, (3 & 4) an introduction of two sources of data sets, and (5) explanation of how original findings contribute to the knowledge of the impact of climate change on people with disabilities. (up to 1000 words)
(e) Conclusion: The conclusion of the background section states implications in terms of breadth and/or depth of the impact of climate change on people with disabilities. (up to 250 words)
