The Population is neonatal/NICU patients, the Intervention is daily sterile line changes, the comparison is the
incidence of CLABSI before and after the implementation of daily sterile line changes, the outcome is the 
reduction in CLABSI incidence, and the timeframe is not specified.
Therefore, the PICOT question for this study could be: In neonatal/NICU patients, does implementing daily sterile line changes compared to no intervention reduce the incidence of CLABSI?
Indepedant Variableโ€™s: three independent variables. 
  1. Length of time central line in place
  2. Sterile line change vs. Non-sterile line change
  3. Gestational age
