angle, and form as it pertains to a proposal.
Prompt and Genre: Your final assignment asks you to consider the
structures of a proposal. Furthermore, the chapters in WT discussed
the elements that go into constructing that narrative form: topic, angle,
purpose, readers, context, audience, discourse community, etc. You are
to write a 6-8-page proposal on a topic of your choosing (for example, a
social proposal: climate change, racism/ a business proposal: get creative
with this idea/ legal proposal: tuition, laws, etc.). Remember to be as
specific as possible. Keep in mind technical structure such as your
heading, title, composition, and grammar. Please include at least 2 outside sources. See CAPS for assistance.
