The capsone should be written as a consultant or advisor looking at the company (Internal/External)
Here is the quote from the advisor on my current capstone draft: must be applied to a given Company for which you act AS A CONSULTANT (with interviews, surveyx, etc ..) to provide an operational and real life recommendation. It cannot be a “document analysis”.
I attached the necessary documents including my draft capsone please only use as a guide but start fresh to make sure you don’t follow my analysis.

2. the title needs to be in a form of question and the backbone needs to be the answer:
Title: How can Dandelion Philosophy be scaled up to create a more significant impact in addressing poverty through sustainable means in South Africa?
Backbone – table of content (must be followed)
Preamble Introduction about the company from the website (https://www.dandelionphilosophy.com) should be brief and right to the point tangible and very practicle
Chapter 1 should qualify the “market” that you are trying to address
Chapter 2: should analyze Dandelion with regards to the question that you are trying to answer (growth? Impact? ..)
Chapter 3: should explore the different strategic options to address the main question
Chapter 4: should describe the new Business Model of DP
Chapter 5: should go through all the implementation steps of the recommendation s
Chapter 6: Risk analysis and mitigation plan
Chapter 7: Financial analysis showing some numbers and how the company tend to be sustainable
Conclusion
The writing has to be Internal and external (look into the company as a consultant)
1.- Have to give more content on the company from the webstite (tangible and very practicle) based on what we are on the ground
– services provided by the the Dandelion Philosophy
– identify the stakeholders (farmers, etc) stakeholder map
– Promote who is gaining from our work – local farms

– analyse other NGO and companies on the ground – do what theye operate – International companies that compare?
List of companies or competitors with brief histrory

– supply of fund or supply of key skills
Steps: Intenal , then external then Options then recommendation (clear strategy) on the company

Here are some tips from the advisor:
1. what will be the revised title of the Capstone? entering the SA market ? scaling up? growth ? to do what ? the title must be very clear and the backbone should be the answer …
2. where do you describe what is Dandelion? and challenge Dandelion’s organization ? and its fit for the SA market ?
3. where do you show if there is room for Dandelion in SA (“competitors” analysis and positioning of all players – with at least a 5-Forces revised for NGOs and value curves)
4. what do you call “strategic options” ? I am not sure to see what are the “options”. As Yannick has explained diring the Capstone trainings these are possible choices that you challenge in front of the extrenal analysis and internal abilities / then you chose one / and you develop the required Dandelion’s BM
5. where do you plan to exercise the financials ?
last you need to have a very detailed action plan – with a GANTT at least
