The idea
the topic ; Work on creating a simple website related to booking meeting rooms using Wix or any similar site as follow ;
I have a building with 4 meeting rooms
- Room A
- Room B
- room C
- room D
- A big hall called MPR
- Through the site or a link, we will make the interested public able to make reservations in the private rooms referred to above, and they can automatically schedule a meeting on specific dates, days, and hours that are assumed.
- The website or link shows users if the date and time is suitable for booking or is already booked. This is the most important point
- Friday and Saturday are holidays, and the rest of the days are open to the public for reservations
- We add a feature to the site There will be a page that appears if the audience attended the meeting or not, using a smart card, for example, or a scanning device at the door of each room. When residents come to the meeting, they will see their names appear on the site with the day, time and date.
