Journals will be assessed to determine if students have an accurate understanding of the factors that impacted mealtime for persons in the US who were enslaved, emigrated, migrated, or employed during the industrialization period just to name a few examples. Research should go beyond the textbook and class material. Utilize and cite a minimum of 5 sources. Use APA format on the bibliography page.
