This first individual assignment is meant to give you an opportunity to get feedback very early in the program on your understanding and application of frameworks and concepts. It also provides an opportunity to ‘test’ your written communication and reflection skills.<\/p>\n

Select an incident or situation from your own work experience when you or your company faced an ethical dilemma and analyse\/discuss it using the ethical frameworks from class.\n<\/div>\n

While you will, of course, need to describe the incident, please focus most of your writing on an analysis of the incident by using the frameworks and theories from class as a lens to tell your story. <\/div>\n

Ensure that you cover each of the following points in your analysis:\n<\/div>\n
\u00e2\u02c6\u2019 How might each of the moral frameworks result in similar or different decisions?\n<\/div>\n
\u00e2\u02c6\u2019 What framework does your actual decision or action reflect?\n<\/div>\n
\u00e2\u02c6\u2019 Would you do the same thing again?\n<\/div>\n
\u00e2\u02c6\u2019 What would you change?\n<\/div>\n

\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Integrate relevant course materials to support your thoughts and analysis. Use the material from, class, your readings and other research you have done. Use Harvard referencing to cite the theories and other information. Do not reference course material, reference source material only.\n<\/div>\n

\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Develop a logical flow and support your arguments\/claims\/themes with adequate evidence.\n<\/div>\n
