Hello,<\/p>\n

Using a semi-structured interview questionnaire, I collected qualitative data from 12 respondents. The data is about their grocery shopping experiences and they are talking about a variety of topics. Based on the data, I have made themes and the corresponding quotes are included in the attached document.<\/p>\n

In my mind, this data should attempt to answer four research questions, however it is not necessary:<\/p><\/div>\n

\u00e2\u2014\ufffd\tRQ1 How familiar are different customers with retail channels and how do they use them?\n<\/div>\n
\u00e2\u2014\ufffd\tRQ2 How does customers’ overall satisfaction differ depending on the problems they encounter before making a final purchase decision?\n<\/div>\n
\u00e2\u2014\ufffd\tRQ3 What are the preferences of customers in terms of retailing place distribution policies?\n<\/div>\n
\u00e2\u2014\ufffd\tRQ4 In what ways do customers expect retailer channels to address their satisfaction?\n<\/div>\n
The research paper must use and analyze all of the themes at some point.<\/div>\n
Furthermore, consumer journeys have been identified and could be incorporated into a framework <\/b>which I hope you will be able to develop based on their way of making decisions.<\/p>\n

Despite the fact that the instructions for the paper have been attached separately, what really matters is the content and the structure of the paper, which must contain the following chapters:<\/p>\n

  • Abstract not more than 200 words<\/li>\n
  • At least 2 maximum 6 keywords<\/li>\n
  • JEL codes maximum of three<\/li>\n
  • Introduction<\/li>\n
  • Theoretical background<\/li>\n
  • Literature overview<\/li>\n
  • Model\/Framework building<\/li>\n
  • Methodology<\/li>\n
  • Results<\/li>\n
  • Discussions (responding to the research questions and evaluation of the results in comparison to prior research)<\/li>\n
  • Conclusions<\/li>\n
  • Practical and theoretical implications, Limitations, Recommendations for further research<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
