Also, within each excerpt you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll find that a <\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">section has been highlighted in gray.<\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">For each case, comment on the following 3 analytic issues:<\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">1.<\/span> <span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">What type of activity characterizes the sequence overall (e.g., a <\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">request sequence, assessment sequence, etc.)? Justify your <\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">characterization. <\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">2.<\/span> <span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">Focusing on the section highlighted in gray, how does that section <\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">relate to the overall sequence? What is going on there, how does this <\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">bear on the outcome of the sequence, and if relevant how does it <\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">promote social solidarity?<\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">3.<\/span> <span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">What <\/span><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">other<\/span> practices within the overall sequence, if any, have the <br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">effect of promoting solidarity, and how do they do that in this <\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">particular case? <\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">Format: <\/span><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">Answer all 3 questions for each excerpt before moving on to the next <\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">excerpt. <\/span><br \/><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">Length limit: <\/span><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">800 words.
