In the United States, as long as all requirements of the Constitution are satisfied, a person can be sentenced to death upon the testimony of one eye witness or even no eyewitnesses when the circumstantial evidence is strong enough.\n<ol>\n<li>Should due process for the death penalty to be imposed include that the crime must be witnessed by two or more people?<\/li>\n<li>Would that make the imposition of the death penalty more just?
