Summarize Smith\u2019s training program \u201cI\u2019m G.R.A.C.E.D.\u201d and explain how this will \u201cinspire bosses and employees alike to communicate with compassion and respect\u201d (TED2018, 2018).<\/p>\n<p>Use <strong>two peer-reviewed journal articles<\/strong> and the textbook to support your response (see \u201cCourse Resources,\u201d \u201cHow to Find Peer-Reviewed Articles\u201d).&nbsp; You must cite.&nbsp; Since your papers are research based (and not opinions), practically every sentence will be cited.&nbsp; There is no word limit but the paper must thoroughly answer the questions provided and should be at least two pages of text. This assignment must be in APA format (see \u201cCourse Resources,\u201d \u201cAPA Paper Format\u201d).<\/p>\n<p>For this paper, I have provided headings, which indicate what to write about (see the example below). Feel free to add subheadings.&nbsp; Refer to \u201cCourse Resources\u201d on how to use headings. Every paper should have a Conclusion<\/p>\n<p>Correct APA format for reference and citation of a TED Talk:<\/p>\n<p>The correct APA format for the reference of a TED Talk is (see page 209 of APA manual) (make sure you double space and use a hanging indent):<\/p>\n<p>Producer [TED Talk or variation of]. When citing from the TED Talk, if you mention Smith\u2019s name, the format is:<\/p>\n<p>Smith (TED2018, 2018) described\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Otherwise, use (TED2018, 2018) at the end of a sentence.<\/p>\n<p>The following is how your paper should be set up.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Title of your Paper<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; You must have a paragraph following the title on page 2 that describes the background of the project.
