    In this assignment, you will work on developing aschedule for your entertainment website project.The project end date needs to be consistent withthe course duration. The project schedule will bedeveloped using a Gantt chart in Microsoft Project.<\/p>\n

    1. Create a work breakdown structure (WBS)for your project. This involves developing adetailed list of tasks and subtasks that shouldbe carried out to complete the project.<\/li>\n
    2. Create the schedule by assigning durationsto the tasks identified, as well as sequencingthem.<\/li>\n
    3. Add milestones to show the completion ofeach major deliverable.<\/li>\n
    4. Identify some challenges that you and yourteam members will face in following thisschedule.<\/li>\n
