The interviews may be done in person, over the phone, via skype\/facetime\/zoom etc. These two individuals may not be related to you OR to one another by blood or marriage. Your task will be to gain insight into various styles of behavior modification and compare and contrast the two individual styles. Identify which style aligns closest with yours and share your personal philosophy on behavior modification. Using the information obtained, create a succinct 3-page paper, summarizing your findings.<\/p>\n<p>Feel free to develop your own interview questions, but please find sample questions below for your convenience:<\/p>\n<p>What is your philosophy on discipline?<\/p>\n<p>Do you believe behavior modification is effective?<\/p>\n<p>Explain your discipline plan?<\/p>\n<p>How do you handle behavior problems?<\/p>\n<p>How would you handle a child\/student who refused to comply with rules?<\/p>\n<p>Do you believe in positive reinforcement?<\/p>\n<p>What was the most difficult or memorable behavior issue you recall?<\/p>\n<p>Again, these are sample questions. Feel free to use these or develop your own. Please plan accordingly as unexpected issues may arise on your side or the side of your participants. It is not advised to procrastinate with this assignment.
