When a crisis hits, how long should it take the company to communicate internally and externally about the crisis?<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">2. Who should be the spokesperson during a crisis?<br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">3. What communication methods should they use\u00e2\u20ac\u201dboth internally and externally?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">4. How should their communications be received? And what effect should it have on the crisis itself?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">5.When they communicate on social media, how should people respond to their communication?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">Structure is to be:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">1. General Protocol<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">2.Internal communications<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"textLayer--absolute\">3.
