All team members should list 3 ideas from within their own organizations and collectively decide on 1 idea to develop, based on access to information about the scenario. Once a scenario is chosen, team members should create a performance evaluation of that particular team scenario. The scenerio is building trust with leadership stemming from a new CEO brought into a company experiencing a merger.<\/p>\n<p>The project should include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Five general traits that employees should have in order to be successful.<\/li>\n<li>Five specific job traits that particular employees need to perform in order to be successful.<\/li>\n<li>A strategy for combating negative conflict and supporting positive conflict.<\/li>\n<li>Ways to increase employee morale.<\/li>\n<li>A system that will eliminate chaos from the environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Learning Goal: I&#8217;m working on a psychology writing question and need the explanation and answer to help me learn.
