A family is in need of financial services. A recent NSCC Financial Services graduate is now a leading Financial Services Representative at a local firm. An introductory sales call will unfold after you read the case. Part A is the customer and Part B is the seller.<\/p>\n<p>The call you submit will be the one where YOU execute the sales call as the seller &#8211; submit your best sales call recording. You will each take turns being the seller and will individually submit your call where you are the seller.<\/p>\n<p>The attached documents constitute the Family Financial scenario &#8211; the real life case simulation. Please note that the customer is required to offer an objection during sales call simulations (i.e. &#8216;sounds outside our comfort zone,&#8217; or &#8216;I&#8217;m really not sure that would fly,&#8217; etc.).
