The purpose of this assignment is to provide you with an opportunity to discuss the leadership concepts with a professional who has several years\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 experience in a leadership role\/position. This interview will provide a window in which you can examine the concepts we have covered and how they actually \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcplay out\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 in the real world.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Part 1. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Identify a leader with several years\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 experience. Select someone from a field you might consider for future employment\/career. <strong>Parents, relatives or fellow students are not acceptable <\/strong>choices for an interview subject and will not be approved. If you need some ideas, let me know.<\/p>\n<p>2. Prepare a brief Abstract ( 1 page) providing a description of the leader and why he\/she is a good candidate for this assignment. Include 2 concepts from Northouse ( Chapters 1-5) in your narrative along with the page citation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Use &#8220;Pat Flaherty&#8221; as leader.
