The ability to critique and article or book is a vital tool for a Christian leader. The goal of this assignment is to teach students the ability to use discernment and utilize critical thinking when reading articles or books. As a Christian leader, you are to be able to protect the church from false teachers. In the critique, you must summarize the contents of the article as though your readers have not read the material. Following the summary, you are to critique the strengths and weaknesses of the article.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Instructions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Include the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a name=\"_Hlk46962626\">A clear and concise summary of the article which identifies the thesis and major arguments presented by author. The summary should be close to one page in length, double spaced<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Two strengths of the article should be identified and explained<\/li>\n<li>Two weaknesses of the article should be identified and explained<\/li>\n<li>The evaluation of strengths and weaknesses should be one to two pages in length<\/li>\n<li>Conclusion with a summary of the overall effectiveness of the article<\/li>\n<li>The Critique must be a minimum of two pages in length and no more than four. The Critique must have a title page.
