To make 1 slide on powerpoint on my part which is number understanding the problem also have to have add speaker notes<\/p>\n<p>the case that the above topic is chosen this is how we split up the work:<\/p>\n<p>1. Introduction (1 person)<\/p>\n<p>a. Provide an overview of the topic and its importance and relevance in today\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s remote<\/p>\n<p>work environment.<\/p>\n<p>b. Outline the structure of the presentation.<\/p>\n<p>c. Problem\/ opportunity<\/p>\n<p>d. Benefit to customer\/business<\/p>\n<p>e. Objectives<\/p>\n<p>f. Scope\/constraints<\/p>\n<p>2. Understanding the problem (1 person) -(MY Part) -Nigma<\/p>\n<p>a. Focus on challenges of isolation and building team cohesion in a virtual team.<\/p>\n<p>b. Research and present common issues that remote teams face ex:<\/p>\n<p>i. Communication difficulties<\/p>\n<p>ii. Lack of trust<\/p>\n<p>iii. Cultural differences<\/p>\n<p>3. Solution (2 people) &#8212;&#8212;&#8212;&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>a. Focus on strategies and tools that can be used to overcome challenges.<\/p>\n<p>b. Possible areas to include:<\/p>\n<p>i.
