Post a real thought or counter argument.<\/p>\n<p>1- Consider a police officer\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s job.<\/p>\n<p>What characteristic is more important in terms of making sure a police officer is and remains ethical? [Duty, honesty, loyalty]<\/p>\n<p>Pick one and briefly state why?<\/p>\n<p>2 &#8211; Should police officers be allowed to exercise discretion when giving out tickets and summons?<\/p>\n<p>Picture numerous cars pulled over in the course of a day all for speeding.<\/p>\n<p>Should the officer be allowed to let some people go because they have good excuses, or should everyone just get a ticket?<\/p>\n<p>3 &#8211; How can we be sure police officers act ethically?<\/p>\n<p>This means more than creating rules and procedures.
