This will allow you to prepare the worksheet for your strategic plan. The text entries on the first row represents an example. You may overwrite this example and populate the other rows.<\/p>\n<p>In your paper,<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Describe your chosen health care organization including the name, location of the business, its mission, the nature of the business, the services or products, and customers served.\n<ul>\n<li>You may use a hypothetical name of the organization if your chosen organization does not allow you to disclose its information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Identify one key problem at the departmental or organizational level that has profound impacts on operational efficiency, patient care, or customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Propose a minimum of two solutions to the identified problem.<\/li>\n<li>Identify a minimum of three specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely (SMART) project goals.\n<ul>\n<li>Each SMART goal must include all five elements: specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and timely.
