You should submit<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 12px 0px; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">OR&nbsp;<\/strong>a creative project, such as a short film, a recorded lecture, a podcast, Powerpoint, or other presentation. If you are making a film, it should be of between 5 and 15 minutes&#8217; duration; if a lecture or presentation, it should be between 10 and 20 minutes&#8217; duration. If you wish to propose a creative project in some other format (e.g. a mock newspaper, an opera &#8230;), this should be pre-agreed with me via email or office hour consultation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 12px 0px; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\"><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">METHOD:<span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong>First ask yourself which of the 38 extracts in the textbook you most enjoyed reading. Choose&nbsp;<strong style=\"font-weight: bold; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">either&nbsp;<\/strong>one excerpt upon which you will expand<span style=\"cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong style=\"font-weight: bold; cursor: auto; color: inherit;\">or&nbsp;<\/strong>two excerpts that would make for a good comparative piece. Then establish, read and research the context from which the extract was taken, and find out more about the work of the author(s). Your research project will then take the form of a reading of their work and an application of it to a contemporary sustainability issue or indeed to the concept and scope of sustainability as we understand it today.
