This assignment expands on ethical perspectives by considering ways that ethics links to inclusion and social justice. Inclusion refers to an individual or group experience; a set of behaviors; an approach to leadership; a set of collective norms and practices; a personal, group, organizational; or actions for achieving social justice outcomes for socially marginalized individuals and groups.<\/span><\/p>\n

Inclusive leadership plays a critical role in developing a culture of ethics and ethical behavior. The inclusive leader should have a deep level of consciousness and a deep self-awareness for understanding the link between ethics, inclusion, and social justice outcomes and for recognizing a moral duty to respond to unjust, unethical acts that harm others. <\/p>\n
