I have done some research on this and have come to find out that these conditions cause trauma. I refer to this as unidentified trauma specifically because when an individual is accustomed to a way of life, or their surroundings or living conditions, they usually don\u2019t recognize the trauma until later in life if they choose to seek help, or the trauma is triggered by an event within their live. I believe that this type of mental disorder is based on the condition in which people deem their lives or the lives of others less important because of their surroundings. This condition pertains to people who come from poor conditions and circumstances. Mental illness causes one to become stagnant or unproductive in life because of the misconception that one could not obtain happiness or success because of their surroundings. The research that I have conducted thus far concludes that children that are raised in poverty-stricken families and areas oftentimes fall victim to their surroundings. This is oftentimes the case. In most cases, their surroundings include drugs, violence, sex (sexual assault, molestation, unprotected sex, poor prenatal health care\/understanding), and lack of stability and support systems. All these things factor into the overwhelming conditions, which initiates a deceiving notion that one cannot obtain more in life because of the terrible circumstances which one is accustomed to. My goal is to reach out to communities that suffer from this form or mental illness. I want to help change the lives of so many innocent children and teenagers. I want to provide the necessary help for adults and parents who suffer with this condition. This is my goal. I want to identify these issues within the social structure and hopefully conduct further research to introduce a name for this unidentified disorder, and eventually introduce the term into the DSM-5 database. Some of the topics I plan to research is: Statistics (Social Class based on race, sex), Cultural Norms within America, Urban or Inner city crime statistics, and morethe social structure and hopefully conduct further research to introduce a name for this unidentified disorder, and eventually introduce the term into the DSM-5 database.
