Google for only retail experiences such as Ebay, Etsy, Poshmark, etc.<br \/>\nLook for patterns. What do they have in common? What makes them different? Overall,<br \/>\nhow are the experiences? Be sure to look at both mobile and desktop<br \/>\nAnswer the following questions<br \/>\n\u2022 What does the site do? What are the goals of the site?<br \/>\n\u2022 Who do you think the site is for? Capture who you think the audiences are and keep the<br \/>\ninformation in a table or spreadsheet so you can see it at a glance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Capture the main types of content or functionality and keep the information in a table<br \/>\nor spreadsheet so you can see it at a glance.<br \/>\n\u2022 Take a visual inspection of the site and document using screenshots.<br \/>\nWhat are the colors? The fonts? The \u201cfeel\u201d?<br \/>\nWhat interactions are there?<br \/>\nHow do they use the brand elements to help the user reach their goals?<br \/>\n\u2022 How do they handle a consistent and familiar user experience regardless of where you<br \/>\nare? Do things feel easy or trustworthy? What comes to mind when you click around?&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Step 3 : Create three different personas by answering the following questions that help<br \/>\nidentify the type of user they are.<br \/>\n\u2022 Who are the people or groups that are directly involved in or reached by this design<br \/>\nchallenge? Whose life are you aiming to improve with the design of this page?<br \/>\n\u2022 To achieve their goal, what does our user need to know? Need to feel? Need to do?<br \/>\nAnd where are they on it? How much do they know? Feel?<br \/>\nDo they know what is needed?<br \/>\n\u2022 What kind of access does the user have to this service?
