\nfollowing in a <\/span>20- to 25-slide<\/u><\/b>
\nPowerPoint <\/span>presentation:<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/span><\/span><\/span>A tentative list and description of training materials needed <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

\nevaluation plan including both short-term and long-term evaluation, where
