This essay is on comparing the two books of The Handmaid’s tale by Margeret Atwood and The Bloody Chamber by Angela Carter. The subject of the essay is how Gender roles and Power dynamics are displayed in both books and how they compare and contrast with each other.  There needs to be a critical evaluative argument of comparing the handmaids tale and the bloody chamber. There also needs to be an evaluation of the effects of literary features within the books with sophisticated use of literary concepts and terminology. There needs to be sophisticated structure and expression. There also needs to be a critical evaluation of the ways power dynamics and gender roles are shaped. It must show <\/span>the effects of literary features and show a sophisticated understanding of the writer’s craft. It should p<\/span>resent a sophisticated evaluation and appreciation of significance and influence of contextual factors within the books<\/span>.<\/span> There should be sophisticated links between text and contexts, like how the books were influenced by the times they were written in, <\/span>for example, how<\/span> women are constrained by societal expectations or the topic of p<\/span>atriarchal societies and female subjugation as a whole<\/span>. Online references must be used, however they must be referenced in the bibliography. It should<\/span> include publication details of the<\/span> primary texts in the bibliography. The essay also need to contain quotations from the book that interrelate with the theme and points made. <\/span><\/p>\n
