(THIS IS YOUR CHANCE TO TAKE YOUR IDEA FOR A SPIN!!!) Be sure it includes the various components of a typical strategic plan. Reference Figure 1.1 \u201cIdentifying a Company\u2019s Strategy\u2014What to Look For\u201d in Ch. 1 of your text.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Identify<\/strong>&nbsp;in 350 to 525 words what the plan does well and areas for improvement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Discuss<\/strong>&nbsp;whether the plan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Clearly states where the organization is going and how it will get there<\/li>\n<li>Evaluates the organization\u2019s external and internal environments<\/li>\n<li>Includes a people plan and addresses the achievement of a diverse workforce<\/li>\n<li>Includes corporate social responsibility and environmental sustainability<\/li>\n<li><strong>Submit<\/strong>&nbsp;the plan and its citation to your faculty member for approval.
